I’m Pascal Mensah, a French medical doctor and GP with a uniquely varied career shaped by my passion for the immune system. Over the years, I’ve explored how our environment, especially nutrition, directly influences immune responses and long-term health. This journey has led me toward innovative fields such as eco-immunology, low-dose therapy, and functional medicine.
