Cela ne signifie pas que notre destin est inscrit dans notre ADN, mais cela signifie que la biologie joue un r\u00f4le plus important qu&rsquo;on ne le pensait.  <\/p>\n<p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9tique fixe le point de d\u00e9part. Elle influence l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9paration de l\u2019ADN, la gestion de l\u2019inflammation, la d\u00e9toxification des polluants, la r\u00e9gulation du m\u00e9tabolisme et la r\u00e9ponse au stress. Elles agissent sur l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes, le fonctionnement des mitochondries, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre immunitaire et la r\u00e9silience m\u00e9tabolique. Conna\u00eetre votre profil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique permet de rendre ces interventions plus pr\u00e9cises, plus efficaces et plus s\u00fbres.   <\/p>\n<p>Consid\u00e9rez les g\u00e8nes comme d\u00e9finissant le plafond de votre potentiel biologique. Le mode de vie d\u00e9termine \u00e0 quel point vous vous approchez de ce plafond\u2014et combien d\u2019ann\u00e9es vous vivez avec vitalit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019avec des maladies chroniques. Fait important, les individus pr\u00e9sentant un risque g\u00e9n\u00e9tique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient souvent davantage, et non moins, de strat\u00e9gies pr\u00e9ventives bien con\u00e7ues et appliqu\u00e9es t\u00f4t.  <\/p>\n<p>Analyser votre ADN ne sert pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire une maladie ni \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit de comprendre votre biologie unique, d\u2019anticiper vos vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s et de faire des choix \u00e9clair\u00e9s pour soutenir votre sant\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.
