trav\u00e9s de la membrana no es energ\u00eda qu\u00edmica en el sentido del ATP, sino energ\u00eda libre electr\u00f3nica, obtenida del NADH a medida que los electrones descienden por un gradiente redox.<br>La fuerza impulsora global corresponde a la diferencia de potencial entre el par NADH\/NAD\u207a (\u2248 \u2212320 mV) y O\u2082\/H\u2082O (+820 mV), es decir <strong>\u0394G\u00b0\u2019 \u2248 \u2212220 kJ\u00b7mol\u207b\u00b9 por 2 electrones<\/strong>.<strong><\/strong> <br><br>El Complejo I realiza la primera etapa de conversi\u00f3n de esta energ\u00eda en fuerza
